The Southeast Asian Mental Health (SEAMH) organizing committee met for a pre-planning conference in Los Angeles from August 3-7. The pre-planning conference gathered conference staff from the United States and Southeast Asia. We discussed important details about the conference, including conference planning and logistics, engagement before and after the conference, and future planning for our mental health network. We are excited for the continued opportunities we can offer for mental health researchers in Southeast Asia. But first, we are excited to welcome early career researchers for presentations during our conference on September 10-11. We have an invigorating two-day schedule planned with presentations, training workshops and social mixers. Our team is working hard to put on the best conference we can and we hope you will join us.
